What should I bring with me to the PR class?

We advise you to have something to eat and drink before you come to the class. We do provide water at each venue but feel free to bring a drink of your choice to keep refreshed. We also ask that you always have you blue (reliever) inhaler present at the class if you have one (just incase). 

How should I store my medicines?

Medicines should be kept in their original packaging and stored in a cool, dry, dark place out of the sight and reach of children. Some medicines need to be kept in the fridge – this will be clearly marked on the packet or instruction leaflet.
