Diabetes Smart is a free course to support local people living with type 1 and 2 diabetes provided by Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The free course is facilitated by trained professionals.
It’s an opportunity for people to learn about making positive lifestyle changes and managing their pre diabetes and type 1 and 2 diabetes.
