Jenny Grant, Chief People Officer

Jenny Grant is Joint Chief People Officer, with more than 24 years’ NHS experience across community, acute and specialist services.

Beginning her career in governance at the Healthcare Commission, she has since held a range of senior HR, organisational development, workforce development and organisational change roles. Jenny leads the people and culture agenda, with responsibility for people services and Board assurance on workforce, culture and people-related risks.

She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, creating workplaces where people feel valued, and the NHS’s role as an anchor institution in the communities it serves. Jenny was most recently Director of People at Aintree University Hospital and previously Chief People Officer at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
