Christine Douglas MBE, Chief Nursing Officer

Christine Douglas MBE has held a number of senior leadership roles in both hospital and community settings throughout her career.

She has made a significant contribution to the NHS over the years always with a passion and determination to provide safe, personal, high-quality and effective care. 

Christine received an MBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honour’s list in 2021 in recognition of her services to healthcare and was also awarded the prestigious Queen’s Nurse honour in December 2023.
