For free, secure access to a range of high-quality digital resources from the extensive, NHS-funded collection including e-books, journals, study aids, clinical decision support tools, databases, social policy information and more, you need an NHS OpenAthens account.
NHS OpenAthens is the ‘key’ that unlocks a range of quality, trusted, evidence-based information for health and care staff throughout their career. So, it is important you have an active account.
The NHS Knowledge and Library Hub and the national clinical decision support tool, BMJ Best Practice are accessed through NHS OpenAthens, as well as a large collection of journal articles, e-books including the Royal Marsden Manual of Clinical Nursing Procedures, and the Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines.
