Getting the right information to help support you with feeding your baby and the choices you make is important. At Wirral University Teaching Hospital our staff are there to offer your help and support with your choice of feeding method for your baby during your pregnancy, whilst you are in hospital and after you have been discharged home. We aim for you to feel confident and comfortable with your chosen feeding method.
Deciding how you will feed your baby is your personal decision. There will be opportunities to discuss feeding at your antenatal appointments with your midwife, but you will find it useful to do your own research. You can attend antenatal classes and use the information on this website/links we provide to other websites to help you make an informed decision.
