If patients are referred to a hospital or clinic through the NHS e-Referral Service, they can book their appointment online easily, safely and securely.
They will need:
- The booking reference number stated on the booking letter
- The password they received from the referrer (e.g. GP practice)
Patients can also use the online booking system to
- Check their appointment details
- Change their appointment
- Cancel their appointment
- Cancel their referral
