ACCOUNTABILITY & ASSURANCE
WUTH Charity takes real pride in ensuring compliance with all regulations pertaining to an NHS Charity.
Registration with the Charity Commission means we must maintain clear accounting records and prepare annual reports and accounts. This is very important to us, as it ensures all our activities and finances are transparent and scrutinised by the Charity Commission as well as an independent examiner.
This promise outlines the commitment made to donors and the public by fundraising organisations who register with the Fundraising Regulator.
WUTH Charity has registered with the regulator and agrees to ensure that its fundraising is legal, open, honest and respectful.
In addition to the Fundraising Promise, WUTH Charity agrees to have a clear complaints procedure for donors if they are not happy with WUTH Charity practices.
